摘 要:
本实验研究了 ABA 对花生侧根发生的影响。结果表明: 用 10 μmol•L-1 ABA 浸泡处理花生种子 1 h 或在含 ABA 的培 养基上培养, 均抑制侧根的发生, 侧根发生率降低, 数目减少, 长度降低, 发生的时间推迟1~2 d; 用ABA合成抑制剂25 μmol•L-1NAPR 浸泡后的种子, 无论在 1/2MS 还是在含 NAA 培养基上培养, 侧根发生率、侧根的数目和长度均增加。用 NAA 的极 性运输抑制剂 10 μmol•L-1 TIBA 浸泡处理种子后, 再在含 ABA 培养基上培养, 侧根不发生, 说明 ABA 抑制花生侧根的发生 与种子内源 ABA 和 IAA 的水平相关。关键词:ABA; 花生; 侧根发生

Abstract:
In this study, the effect of ABA on the lateral root (LR) formation in peanut has been investigated. ABA treatment of seeds, either by soaking with 10 μmol·L-1 ABA for 1 h or placed on the 1/2MS medium with ABA, could inhibit lateral root formation, with the decrease in LR formation ratio, in the LR number and in the LR length, and the delayed of LR formation time to 1–2 days. Seeds treated by soaking with 25 μmol·L-1 naproxen, an inhibitor for ABA biosynthesis, and then grown on the 1/2MS medium or MS medium containing 5 μmol·L-1 NAA had more LR formation percentage and LR numbers as well as LR lengths than that of the control seeds. No LR formation was observed, when seeds had been treated with 10 μmol·L-1 TIBA, an IAA transport inhibitor, and then cultured on MS medium containing 10 μmol·L-1 ABA for 8 days. Above results indicates that the inhibition of ABA on lateral root formation in peanut depends on the levels of endogenous ABA and IAA.Key words: ABA; peanut; lateral roots formation
